[tahoe-dev] plan for release of v0.5

Folks:

I intend to release v0.5 of allmydata.org tahoe this week.

The Dev page [1] has a link named "The tickets to be fixed for the  
v0.5 release." [2].  The only ticket left that requires changing the  
source code is "command-line interface" (ticket #53).  Well, "webapi  
-- final polishing" -- ticket #100 -- will also require at least a  
little but of coding.

In addition to those tickets, there is the normal work of making a  
release: building and testing on various platforms, writing up  
release notes (that's my job), and then we'll send out an announcement.
